Your membership at Founders Optimization Advisors is an investment with a measurable return. A well mind is strategic, resilient, and capable of real high performance under pressure. A healthy body gives you the stamina and confidence to sustain it. Together, that return compounds — in how you lead, how you decide, and how long you can keep building.
It holds your place in a deliberately limited practice and gives you standing access to your team, at member rates on everything we offer.
The $500 entry point is intentional — it means all founders have access to this level of care and this community, not just those at a different stage of entrepreneurship.
Every member begins with a full assessment. Both tracks, at the start, before anyone recommends anything.
Mind. A comprehensive clinical evaluation using the same validated screening tools referenced in our Services, covering the pressure, isolation, and identity fused to the business that most assessments miss entirely.
Body. A physical health assessment with your physician using the same advanced diagnostic tools referenced in our Services, read against where your health is heading, not just where it stands today.
Program levels range from $500 to $2,500 a month, based on your protocol.
After your assessment, your team recommends a program level. Where you land is a team decision, based on what your assessment actually shows.
A level is a program, not a package of sessions. It sets the cadence of your care — how often you sit with your clinician, how often you see your physician — and it covers the work between those visits: your biomarkers tracked against your own baseline, the stressors and relationship patterns your clinician is watching just as closely, your risk modeled forward across both what's psychological and what's physical, your protocol adjusted before you ask.
Your protocol is never fixed. It moves as you do.
Your billing. Membership and your program level are billed monthly. Follow-up bloodwork is billed only when you use it, at member rates. Beyond that, nothing else is charged.
